Live in Gratitude: I’m a Co-Author of this Helpful Tool

I am pleased to announce that I, along with many other business owners, adversity survivors, thought leaders, and inspiration curators, have collaborated in a helpful tool for a better life. Introducing Live in Gratitude Daily, a once-a-day read for an entire year sure to make you more grateful, happier, and empowered.

This book will be available in print and digital forms.

Why is this important?

As women, we are often given the message that we are not good enough. We have faced challenges and adversities. We have been marginalized, minimized, set back, paid less, and cut away. This can happen in the workforce, in the grocery store, in the bombardment of online messages, and in our every day lives. Being grateful is a self-empowering tool that can help you rally against the messages, and make you feel not only “good enough”, but strong and powerful.

Not to mention the benefits of expressing gratitude in your daily life, as summarized in this Newsweek article:

Indeed, it seems there are few conditions or examples in which gratitude doesn’t appear to have a positive effect. A psychologist from the University of Birmingham noted in 2013 that the “list of potential benefits is almost endless: fewer intellectual biases, more effective learning strategies, more helpfulness towards others, raised self-confidence, better work attitude, strengthened resiliency, less physical pain, improved health, and longevity.”

Why This Gratitude Book?

There are plenty of gratitude journals out there for you to complete your thoughts and journey; but you could consider this supplemental material. The co-authors of this book have their own stories; and have chosen to share their journeys, their tips and tricks, with you – throughout 365 days of reading, you’re sure to have a variety of motivational messages throughout the year.
