1 head of chopped cabbage
2-4 green onions chopped
2 pkgs of ramen noodles
4 tbls of sliced almonds
4 tbls of sesame seeds
2 tbls butter
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 vinegar…i use rice vinegar
2 tbls soy sauce
Frozen breaded chicken…i use chicken nuggets just because I always have them on hand having two kids and all 🙂
Mix the cabbage and green onions in a large bowl
Brown the ramen, almonds and seeds in the butter…(adding the seeds last they take about 10 seconds to brown)
Bring the oil, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce to a boil and simmer for 5 min…allow to cool then toss everything together…and enjoy!
