I hurt.
I ache.
5 Hour Energys and Advil are Godsends.
I pushed myself rather hard yesterday afternoon, shaving another minute off my “how many minutes does it take me to run a mile” speed. I’m now running twice the length I was three weeks ago. I would like to thank my new running track list and the following thoughts:
1. Only good practice will ever make perfect.
2. I need to look hardcore in case *SS* wants to run with me in April.
3. How the hell am I ever going to start training for a half marathon if I can’t get through these piddly 5-mile trainings.
4. I really want to have guilt-free wine tonight.
And these work pants I have on today have never looked better 🙂
